MPowered Mortgages joins TRM lender panel

MPowered Mortgages is now available to The Right Mortgage and Protection Network members as part of the network’s lender panel.

MPowered Mortgages offers lending for buy-to-let individual, limited company and portfolio landlords and the product offering comes alongside the in-house platform.

Additional highlights of the partnership for The Right Mortgage brokers include:

  • 2- and 5-year fixed products available, with 5-year fixed products available up to 80% LTV
  • Free valuations available on all products, including HMO
  • CCJ – 1 satisfied up to £250 in last 3 years
  • Defaults over 2 years ignored
  • Ex-local authority flats up to 70% LTV
  • HMO – up to 6 bedrooms
