Mortgage Intelligence brokers will have access to MPowered Mortgages’ full range of prime residential products, which offers two, three, five and 10-year products, with initial rates starting at 4.34%.

Through the partnership, borrowers will benefit from a free valuation on every application and a choice of no arrangement fee options. Meanwhile, all remortgage applications benefit from £500 cashback.

Paul Kane, head of intermediary distribution at MPowered Mortgages, said: “We are very pleased to be partnering with Mortgage Intelligence, a leading mortgage network, to bring our prime residential range to more homebuyers and remortgagers.

“We look forward to working with Mortgage Intelligence, helping advisers and their customers fulfil their homeownership aspirations, at what continues to be an uncertain time.”

Sally Laker, managing director at Mortgage Intelligence, added: “We are delighted that our advisers will now have access to MPowered Mortgage’s range of highly competitive prime residential mortgage products.

“Providing homebuyers and remortgagers with solutions that meet their needs both in the short and longer term is now more important than ever. We are excited to be expanding our offering through this partnership, bringing greater variety and choice to those we serve.”
