MPowered Mortgages joins Abacus Funding panel

Products from buy-to-let lender MPowered Mortgages are now available to Abacus Funding’s brokers.

The product offering comes alongside the in-house platform, MPowered, which aims to drive automation and innovation across the mortgage application process.

Features of the partnership for Abacus Funding brokers include:

  • Two and five-year fixed periods up to 80% LTV
  • CCJ – one satisfied up to £250 in last three years
  • Defaults over two years ignored
  • Local Authority flats up to 70% LTV
  • HMO – up to six bedrooms
