Movin Legal becomes BDLA associate member

Conveyancing panel manager Movin Legal has become the latest associate member of the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA).

Movin Legal is a conveyancing intermediary platform whose services specialist offerings include bridging conveyancing, auction purchases and commercial property.

It provides access to a panel of experts in the fields of investment and development property, both residential and commercial, with tightly managed and monitored deadlines and a fixed fee guarantee.

The BDLA is the only trade association dedicated to representing the interests of bridging and development lenders, as well as their customers. The association now has 44 associate members and 45 lender members, with loan books currently in excess of £9.1 billion.

Vic Jannels

Vic Jannels, CEO of the BDLA, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Movin Legal as the latest associate member to join the BDLA. Our growing membership of associates and lender members is testament to the ongoing strength of the bridging and development lending sector.

“Every new member that joins the BDLA is a business that is making a clear statement about its commitment to the market. With each new member, we grow our reach and influence as an association and this provides further benefit to all our members and ultimately those customers who engage with our industry.”

Emma Hall, key relationships director at Movin Legal, added: “At Movin Legal, we know that bridging conveyancing is a highly specialised area of property transactions and our proposition provides clients access to bridging conveyancing experts, at a sensible fixed price, rather than paying an hourly rate, without the need to clock watch.

“Joining the BDLA is a fantastic opportunity for us to further engage with the bridging and development lending community and we’re proud to support the association’s mission of promoting excellence and collaboration within the sector.”
