Move with Us has announced a new partnership with Pattinson Estate Agents.

With 33 offices in the North East, Pattinson are one of the UK’s leading independent estate agency groups, supplying a wide range of property services to their clients including property sales, lettings and auctions.

Through their partnership with Move with Us, Pattinson has now added conveyancing to the portfolio of services available to their clients.

Move with Us are in their 12th year of offering panel managed conveyancing to independent estate agents throughout the UK, and manage over 40,000 transactions per year.

Justin Anim, managing director of Pattinson Estate Agents, said: “We are regularly reviewing the propositions we offer our clients to ensure that we are providing the best possible service and the widest range of choice and as such, it’s important that we choose the right business partners to help us deliver these services.

“Move with Us was recommended to us by a number of people in the industry and have become the preferred provider for many independent estate agents. The idea of an enhanced customer service through their call centre and the ability to offer a local, panel managed conveyancing service were deciding factors for partnering with Move with Us.

“The relationship is in its infancy but the initial few months have proved a great success with excellent feedback from our clients, which is so important for us as a local independent estate agent. They provide us with the information we need to make our jobs easier and we are confident that we will start to see a reduction in transaction times as well.”

Ian Fletcher, managing director of Partner Networks for Move with Us, added: “We are delighted that Pattinson Estate Agents chose us as a business partner and that we were also recommended to them. The last 18 months have been successful for us and we have developed new business partners up and down the country who seem to be delighted with the efforts our team put in to ensure we deliver what agents need. We offer a great service for our partners and their clients, accompanied with reduced exchange timescales – it is a winning combination.

“We are confident that the initial feedback from Justin’s office will get better as we strive to improve the service. Over the coming months we will be introducing new technology which will enhance the service and combining this with the dedication of our business development and sales teams we aim to remain the preferred partner for forward thinking agents.”
