Mortgages for Business develops BTL calculator

Specialist commercial broker Mortgages for Business has designed a buy-to-let mortgage calculator.

It calculates borrowing and rent requirements and also matches the borrowers’ criteria with the most favourable buy-to-let mortgages available, the firm claims.

Users can also print quotes off or email to themselves for reference.

David Whittaker, managing director at Mortgages for Business, said: “Savvy landlords like to do their homework before talking to a broker and the calculator will really save them time. Not only will trawling through best buy tables be a thing of the past
