The Mortgage Trading Exchange (mte) has unveiled new functions and capabilities for its broker and lender users.

The platform now features a new document ‘scan and attach’ function, improved case tracking capabilities, a ‘fast track’ facility and standalone product reservation.

The new features are available now to all lenders to incorporate within their AIP and Full Application Forms.

The new ‘scan and attach’ feature attaches a client’s supporting documentation during the application stage.

Mike Davies, business development director of the Mortgage Trading Exchange, said: “The developments we’ve made to the mte are based on consultation with both lenders and brokers and focus upon usability and functionality to improve overall user experience and efficiency.
