The Mortgage Lender partners with Ingard

The Mortgage Lender has added Essex and Chester-based Ingard to its list of distribution partners.

The Mortgage Lender’s sales and marketing director, Pete Thomson, said: “We’re delighted to add Ingard to our growing list of distribution partners at the same time as we’re asking brokers to take part in #ChallengeTML.

“The challenge highlights the fact one in three of our borrowers qualify for our lowest rate, currently 1.95%, and that we offer brokers and borrowers certainty as 98 per cent of applications are offered on the product tier applied for following a successful decision in principle.

“Ingard has been a prominent figure in the industry over the past 26 years, and we look forward to working with them to provide great products and market leading prices for their customers.”

Nikki Haworth, Ingard’s sales and marketing director, said: “It brings us great pleasure to welcome The Mortgage Lender to our distribution panel. We have been impressed with the lender’s leading rates and criteria; particularly for borrowers who are self-employed, contract workers or those with an imperfect credit history.

“Both Ingard members and directly authorised brokers can now access the lender’s leading products via our specialist team.”
