The mortgage industry’s biggest ever charitable event of the year has officially sold out – weeks ahead of curtain-up.
The Take Me Home Christmas Charity Concert, the brainchild of Mortgageforce UK managing director Kevin Duffy, has taken the sector by storm, becoming the must-attend festive highlight of 2025.
All 28 sponsorship packages have been snapped up and a full house of 300 guests will fill the venue on November 26th, with demand so high that organisers say they could easily have doubled capacity.
Blending the star power of London’s West End performers with the musical talents of the mortgage industry’s own, the concert promises to deliver an unforgettable night of festive entertainment – all in support of EveryYouth, the national youth homelessness charity.
TOTALLY ASTOUNDED

Kevin Duffy told Mortgage Soup: “We’ve been astounded by the take-up rate for the concert. In an industry where we often debate numbers, products and margins, it’s important to remember that we have a responsibility to help those not so fortunate as ourselves.”
And he added: “The event is now fully sold out. In fact, we could have filled a venue for 500 – but that’s hopefully for next year. I’d like to thank all of the very kind-spirited sponsors who got behind us, and we hope to deliver a memorable concert which is deserving of their support.”
OVERWHELMING SUPPORT
Support from across the sector has been overwhelming, with leading names in mortgage lending and distribution rallying behind the cause.
Sara Palmer (main picture, inset), sales and distribution director at Gen H, said: “More than 50,000 people in the UK experienced homelessness last year, including thousands of children.
“We all deserve a place to call home, so we’re proud to sponsor Mortgageforce UK’s incredible event in support of EveryYouth – and we’re very much looking forward to seeing our chief commercial officer, Pete Dockar, dust off his musical talents for the occasion.”
With excitement building and every seat taken, Take Me Home looks set to be a defining moment for an industry showing just how powerful it can be when it comes together for good.
UNITED EFFORTS
The event follows the success of the Ukraine Aid concert in 2022 which brought together the mortgage industry to raise tens of thousands of pounds in humanitarian support.
Beyond the music, the evening will also be a powerful networking opportunity for the sector.
Last year, nearly 136,000 young people in the UK sought help from their local council due to homelessness.
Funds raised will provide direct support and prevention programmes in London and nationwide.
