Mortgage Brain is sponsoring the Independent Mortgage Broker award at The ESTAS 2015.

The ESTAS, the estate and letting agent award, is the largest award scheme in the UK residential property market and recognises the best estate and letting agents – and for the first time, the best mortgage brokers – based purely on ratings from homebuyers and sellers around the UK.

Now in their 12th year, The ESTAS will now rate brokers on the quality of service they provide to their clients throughout the buying and selling process and Mortgage Brain is the headline sponsor of a brand new category specifically for the mortgage broker industry – the Independent Mortgage Broker award.

The new Independent Mortgage Broker award is split into two categories – Best Independent Mortgage Broker by region as well as Best National Broker Firm – and the winners will be announced at the 12th annual ESTAS ceremony on Friday 17th April 2015 at the Hilton Park Lane.

Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, said: “We are delighted to sponsor this brand new category at the ESTAS. Mortgage brokers will be judged by their clients on the level of customer service they provide and this new category provides an ideal platform for brokers to show how good they are.

“Taking part in the ESTAS sets you apart from your competitors. It sends a clear message that you’re passionate about customers service prepared to go that extra mile for your clients and keen to listen to feedback.”
