Mortgage Brain offers iPad sourcing app

Mortgage Brain is launching a sourcing app for brokers on the Apple iPad.

The app is designed for use by brokers during the initial stage of the point-of-sale process and will allow whole-of-market mortgage searches and selection.

Scheduled for launch at the turn of the year, the app, which allows information on prospects to be collected as part of the advised sales process, also features a number of mortgage calculators and a new graphing and analysis tool.

“We’re delighted to announce the new app for mortgage brokers, which has been specifically created for the iPad and takes advantage of the latest available technology,” said Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain.

“Powered by the same technology as All New MortgageBrain, the app has been purposefully designed to enable intermediaries to professionally source the best mortgages available in the shortest possible time.

“In today’s rapidly changing market it’s more important than ever that mortgage brokers remain competitive and are in the best possible position to meet their customer’s needs, now and into the future.

“The launch of our iPad app is another example of our support, commitment and dedication to the UK mortgage broker market.”
