Mortgage Brain has strengthened its customer success team with the appointment of Richard Bethune-Wright and Ashley Cope, following strong demand for its newest suite of solutions.

The pair will support the sales and marketing team as the business migrates brokers from legacy products to the updated versions of its modules, and as new users adopt the all-in-one Mortgage Brain Hub platform.

NEW APPOINTMENTS

Cope joins from a customer services background, with management experience in the catering and hospitality sector. She has also held digital marketing roles and volunteered for the social mobility charity Digilearning, creating content for its social media channels.

Bethune-Wright brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services, including customer success roles at Acre Software, Constantia Wealth & Finance and Trussle, as well as earlier positions as a mortgage administrator.

Neil Wyatt, sales and marketing director at Mortgage Brain, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Richard and Ashley to the Mortgage Brain team.

“Their appointments strengthen our commitment to delivering an exceptional experience for our customers as we continue to roll out our latest generation of technology.

“Both will play a vital role in supporting brokers through migration and onboarding, ensuring every user benefits fully from the innovative Mortgage Brain Hub.”
