Mortgage Brain’s mobile app has been downloaded over 20,000 times since its launch.

The app, UKmortgages, has been downloaded by 21,570 consumers and used 97,067 times since its launch in mid-April.

Also, Mortgage Brain claims over 1,000 ‘real leads’ have been delivered to brokers with broker contact details being viewed over 11,500 times through the app’s ‘Find A Broker’ capability.

“The rapid growth in consumer downloads along with the widespread broker participation clearly illustrates [the app’s] value and the key role its playing in promoting brokers to consumers and generating new and on-going sales opportunities at no cost,” said Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain.

“UKmortgages is probably the most widely used consumer mortgage search applications for mobile devices in the UK.

“To achieve this status in such a short space of time is a fantastic achievement and reinforces the time and investment spent in developing the app for the benefit of all mortgage brokers.”
