Published on

More Than Landlord Insurance has issued a guarantee that landlords will pay the same price next year when covered is renewed.

The offer is regardless of whether a claim is made, or the rate of insurance premium tax goes up, landlords will still pay the same price at renewal as they did this year.

However, certain types of claims made may prevent More Than from being able to offer renewal.

More Than Landlord Insurance is Defaqto 5 Star Rated and includes cover for malicious damage caused by tenants, as well as the loss of rental income following an insured event. The fixed price promise applies to all new landlord insurance products including multi-property, contents only and also includes the price of any add-ons purchased.

Anthony Taylor, head of More Than Business, said: “We hope landlords don’t consider this offer to be too good to be true. This is a genuine offer to help landlords manage their costs. We are proud to be the first UK insurer to make this offer.”
