ModaMortgages partners with LMS Panel Link for conveyancing

Published on

ModaMortgages is to partner with LMS, the conveyancer and panel management specialist, to utilise LMS Panel Link.

The lender, the newly launched specialist buy-to-let provider from Chetwood Bank, aims to make buy-to-let mortgages “smarter, faster and simpler”.

Through its Panel Link service, LMS will provide ModaMortgages with a fully vetted, secure panel.

It will also provide a range of component products to further reduce risk and deliver operational efficiencies in the house buying and remortgaging process. This includes bank account checks and due diligence, a speed-enhancing case instruction portal, and electronic mortgage offers and valuation uploads.

LMS Panel Link will help to streamline the conveyancing process for ModaMortgages, providing a database of suitable firms that can work with each customer looking to take out a buy-to-let mortgage.

Suzanne O’Connor, chief relationship officer at LMS said: “The fact that ModaMortgages is trusting LMS is yet another vote of confidence that Panel Link is one of the best offerings on the market.

“The values of the brand are very much aligned with our own – finding the best possible way to serve the end customer and making the conveyancing journey as seamless as possible for all involved – so it’s a fantastic partnership for us and we’re looking forward to a long-term relationship.”

Andrew Arwas, managing director of Mortgages, at Chetwood Bank, added: “We’re on a mission to take the stress and complexity out of buy-to-let mortgages for brokers. Building on the immense experience and expertise of our team, working with LMS Panel Link will help us achieve this.

“Ultimately, ModaMortages and LMS are aligned in our desire to ensure the best possible journey for all stakeholders, and our smarter, faster, simpler approach will undoubtedly help the brokers we work with, and their buy-to-let clients. We look forward to working closely with the LMS team.”
