ModaMortgages joins All Money Matters panel to widen reach through 1APP

Published on

ModaMortgages has joined the lender panel of All Money Matters, giving brokers using the 1APP platform access to the full suite of its buy-to-let mortgage products.

The agreement sees ModaMortgages become available on the free-to-use 1APP aggregator, which enables brokers to submit a single application that can be used across multiple lenders, reducing paperwork and improving case tracking.

ModaMortgages’ offering caters to a broad spectrum of landlords, including individuals, limited companies, first-time landlords and portfolio investors. Its full range of products includes options for HMOs and multi-unit freehold blocks, all of which come with no application fees and free valuations.

The move supports ModaMortgages’ ambitions to expand its distribution through digitally enabled broker channels. Darrell Walker, group sales director at ModaMortgages, said the lender is “excited to be added to All Money Matters’ lender panel”, and added: “As the home of smarter, faster, simpler buy-to-let borrowing, we’re looking forward to seeing how our partnership grows and are confident our proposition will be well received by brokers accessing our products via the 1APP platform.”

All Money Matters developed the 1APP system with the aim of streamlining the broker journey, enhancing transparency and boosting efficiency. Brokers using the platform only need to key a case once, with the system generating a universal decision in principle, sourcing product options and pre-populating documentation for lender submission.

Wayne Smethurst, managing director of All Money Matters, said: “We’re delighted brokers can now access ModaMortgages’ products via our 1APP platform. We’re always keen to work closely with lenders and support them with technology that brings about efficiencies of process and better outcomes for their clients.”

He added that 1APP is “unique” in the market for automating the lender application process while also enabling brokers to monitor the progress of their cases in real time.
