ModaMortgages added to TMA Club’s lending panel

ModaMortgages has been added to TMA Club’s lending panel allowing directly authorised (DA) members to provide their clients with access to ModaMortgages’ range of buy-to-let products.

ModaMortgages’ offering is available to a variety of landlord types, including those with small or large portfolios, individuals, limited companies, first-time buyers and first-time landlords. It also lends on both houses in multiple occupation and multi-unit freehold blocks.
