A new venture that specialises in arranging private finance facilities in excess of £1 million has been launched.

MillionPlus Private Finance, a division of Largemortgageloans.com, has been set up by private finance specialist Paul Welch to advise international entrepreneurs, business leaders and professionals and their families across all asset classes, including aviation, marine and property finance.

The brand is a specialist private finance consultancy, combining credit structuring and private banking expertise to help clients optimise the financing of their most valuable assets, including yachts, jets, art and property. Its clients already include foreign nationals, British expatriates, UK residents earning in foreign currencies and non-domiciled UK residents.

Welch said: “As an independent private financier, we benchmark private banks and carefully select the appropriate facilities for clients’ specific needs. We have established global relationships in more than 50 countries with private banks, boutique lenders and private investors who have an appetite to lend at this level.

“Clients and their advisers are successfully taking advantage of our specialist expertise in mezzanine finance, debt restructuring, securities based lending, structured finance facilities, offshore structures, SPVs, trusts and foundations.”

Three UK-based entrepreneurs – Jon Moulton, Neil Redcliffe and Alan Burgess – have an interest in MillionPlus Private Finance, having invested in Largemortgageloans.com, backing the brand in its plans to build a global business that offers tailored finance solutions for successful entrepreneurs and professionals.
