Mercantile Trust promotes Nina Kainth to head of sales

Mercantile Trust has promoted Nina Kainth to head of sales, bringing its business development and sales functions together under a single leadership structure.

Kainth (pictured) will oversee a more integrated approach across the two teams, with the lender saying the move is intended to improve service and responsiveness for customers and partners.

Mercantile Trust said Kainth has played an important role in the business’s growth and that the promotion reflects its focus on a relationship-led approach.

Tara Evans, chief executive at Mercantile Trust, said: “We are delighted to appoint Nina as head of sales.

“Her energy, insight, and dedication make her the perfect person to lead our sales team as we continue to grow and strengthen our offering.”
