MCI Club selects Knowledge Bank as criteria search partner

MCI Club has partnered with Knowledge Bank for its exclusive criteria search provision.

It means MCI Club’s membership can now search more than 90,000 different criteria, from more than 200 lenders, across the eight search categories:

  • Residential mortgages
  • Buy-to-let
  • Second charge
  • Equity release
  • Bridging
  • Commercial
  • Self-build
  • Overseas

Phil Whitehouse (pictured), head of MCI Club, said: “The partnership between MCI Mortgage Club and Knowledge Bank is the next step in providing our growing number of members access to the all the tools they need to find solutions for their clients.  Knowledge Bank is a fantastic award-winning search system, which will help them in their quest to quickly find the best lender for their customers.

“This will not only help the intermediary handle transactions more quickly but should help them convert more enquiries to sales.”

Nicola Firth, CEO of Knowledge Bank, added: “Our partnership with MCI Club gives its members access to Knowledge Bank, which was designed to make advisers’ lives easier. The advisers will find the system not only saves them time, as searches take seconds, but also helps them to find and recommend mortgage products that actually fit their clients’ needs.

“Lender criteria is changing on a daily basis and keeping up with these changes has always been difficult.  There are now over 200 lenders inputting criteria onto Knowledge Bank, up from 43 when we launched in 2017.  So, we know that the MCI Club members will quickly see the benefit of having a criteria search system that keeps pace with updates in criteria.”
