“This will not only help the intermediary handle transactions more quickly but should help them convert more enquiries to sales.”

Nicola Firth, CEO of Knowledge Bank, added: “Our partnership with MCI Club gives its members access to Knowledge Bank, which was designed to make advisers’ lives easier. The advisers will find the system not only saves them time, as searches take seconds, but also helps them to find and recommend mortgage products that actually fit their clients’ needs.

“Lender criteria is changing on a daily basis and keeping up with these changes has always been difficult.  There are now over 200 lenders inputting criteria onto Knowledge Bank, up from 43 when we launched in 2017.  So, we know that the MCI Club members will quickly see the benefit of having a criteria search system that keeps pace with updates in criteria.”
