MBE Leeds Expo seminars and panel debates revealed

Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) Leeds has announced the seminar and panel programme for the event on Wednesday 1 May at the Royal Armouries.

CPD accredited seminars will feature a building societies panel debate with the Beverley, Coventry, Darlington and the Principality will help brokers get more information on the latest developments in the mortgage market and the exciting role building societies play in developing this sector.

Further seminars will be delivered by Gareth Lewis of MT Finance, Phil Riches of Keystone Property Finance, Charles Morley of Metro Bank, Stuart Wilson of More 2 Life, Nick Jones of Together Money and a presentation by Al Rayan Bank.

Emma Hall, head of sales at Gordons Property Lawyers, will chair the sessions.

A FIBA lending panel will debate specialist property finance and the opportunities for financial intermediaries in the current market.

Other companies lined up to exhibit at the event include Barclays, Kensington Mortgages, One family Lifetime Mortgages, Stonebridge Genus, Tenet Group, Bath Building Society, IFAC Limited, Hallam Solicitors, Key and others.

Free registration is now open for brokers, IFAs and financial intermediaries.

Mike Mikunda (pictured) from MBE said: “We are delighted to be running another seminar programme at the Leeds Expo featuring industry experts giving the latest thinking in the market and informative debates. The seminars will help introducers and brokers to further their understanding of the current topics and gain valuable CPD hours too.

“With a strong finance community in Yorkshire, finding out about new opportunities for their customers finance requirements will benefit brokers, IFAs and introducers. They will be able to discuss the latest mortgage and specialist products directly with lenders and service providers in a friendly and relaxed environment.
