Masthaven raises the ceiling to five million

Masthaven Bridging Finance has increased its maximum bridging loan size to £5,000,000.

The large short term loans are for residential purchases and remortgages and are available throughout England and Wales.
The maximum LTV on these larger loans is 65%.

The bridging lender believes that with no upfront administration fees payable, combined with daily interest and no exit fees, the product is likely to be very popular amongst introducers looking for that larger short term funding requirement.

Richard Deacon, Masthaven’s sales and marketing director, said: “Masthaven is going from strength to strength. This latest addition to our offering just proves that we are growing in all the right areas.
