Marsh & Parsons has expanded its residential development & investment (RDI) team with the appointment of Julian Sedgwick as director of new homes.

Sedgwick joins Marsh & Parsons from BNP Real Estate, having previously worked at JLL and Savills. He has over eight years of experience and in this newly created role will work alongside head of residential development and investment, Charles Holland.

Holland said: “Julian is a fantastic addition to our evolving RDI business as it seeks to capitalise on the considerable momentum we have established in just 15 months since the division was created. We are advising major clients on a wide spectrum of development projects across London, from planning through to delivery as part of our ‘Asset Evolution’ capability.

“In a relatively short period of time since the department’s inception, we have built up a significant New Homes pipeline and Julian’s vast expertise in developing and managing highly effective sales teams enables us to deliver that programme on behalf of clients. We are passionate about providing the highest level of service and achieving outstanding results for our clients.”

Sedgwick added: “I am thrilled to be coming on board such an exciting and quickly growing business and I look forward to building a strong, reputable and highly profitable New Homes team.

“As a well-respected residential property brand with an extensive network of branches across London, Marsh & Parsons offers the ideal platform from which to provide the very best customer service and exceptional performance to our clients.”
