Market Harborough expands reach through new Brilliant Solutions partnership

Published on

Market Harborough Building Society has partnered with mortgage club and packager Brilliant Solutions in a move aimed at expanding access to its specialist mortgage and bridging finance products across England and Wales.

The alliance gives members of Brilliant Solutions direct access to Market Harborough’s lending products, including bespoke mortgage and bridging finance for cases up to £5m.

The building society, known for its hands-on approach to complex lending, will also offer brokers the benefit of decisions made by its daily Credit Committee and case-by-case underwriting.

The partnership is expected to enhance broker access to flexible lending options for clients with complex income streams, unusual property types, or atypical circumstances that fall outside the mainstream.

Stacey Wood (pictured), national account manager at Market Harborough, said the fit between the two businesses was a natural one.

“Brilliant Solutions shares our belief in building strong relationships and supporting brokers with dependable, specialist lending,” she said.

“At Market Harborough, we take a personal approach to lending, with real people who look at the full picture – not just the numbers. Whether it’s complex income, quirky properties, circumstances with multiple complexities, or something a little outside the box, we’re here to help.”

Brilliant Solutions offers expertise across residential, buy-to-let, bridging and commercial markets.

Michael Craig

Michael Craig, managing director at Brilliant Solutions, welcomed Market Harborough to the panel, praising its tailored approach.

“Market Harborough brings a thoughtful, case-by-case approach that truly resonates with our brokers,” he said.

“Their ability to support complex cases and bridging finance scenarios up to £5m alongside their Best for Brokers Promise for personal service and dependable decision-making sets them apart and makes them a valuable addition to our panel.”

Brokers working with Brilliant Solutions can now register directly with Market Harborough Building Society and begin placing cases immediately.
