Mortgage Brain has claimed that its point-of-sale, compliance and CRM system – the Key – has increased its market share of the UK intermediary mortgage market by over 35% over the past year.

A number of large financial services providers including Sesame, Mortgage Intelligence and Mortgage Support Network (MSN) have adopted the system, as well new, smaller brokers, coming on board.

“The Key’s business management and compliance capabilities simply cannot be understated and this, alongside the enhancements we’ve made to its systems integration and overall functionality, have played a key role in its success over the past 12 months,” said Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain.

“Without a doubt the Key has become the broker’s first choice for a fully integrated business management solution and in turn, the industry’s fastest growing CRM solution being adopted by mortgage intermediaries.”
