Market Financial Solutions has underlined its commitment to raising educational standards across the specialist lending market, increasing investment in both client-facing and internal programmes as regulatory and economic pressures evolve.

The lender said it remains focused on ensuring brokers, partners and employees have access to practical, high-quality resources to help them navigate what can be a complex sector.

A wide range of professionals, including brokers, advisers, accountants, consultants, estate agents, estate managers and the lender’s own staff, have engaged with its in-person events and online CPD Training Hub.

Across 2025, the lender delivered more than 40 educational presentations for brokers and property professionals, covering specialist lending solutions, market trends and case-study-based best practice.

Engagement has increased sharply, with CPD participation up 62% and structured CPD hours rising to 615 during the year.

The firm has also expanded its internal training provision. 16 employees have either completed or are currently undertaking external professional education courses. Internally, staff have accrued 910 hours of in-person training and a further 840 hours of virtual online learning.

Paresh Raja, chief executive of Market Financial Solutions, said: “Education is absolutely essential in the specialist lending sector. The products can be complex, while the property market is constantly evolving, and macroeconomic trends and political shifts throw up their own challenges.

“So, it is crucial that, as a lender, we go beyond just delivering loans, and recognise that we need to support our clients, partners and staff through the provision of educational resources, training programmes and insightful events.

“As the end of the year approaches, I am really proud to see these figures, which show what a notable step forward Market Financial Solutions has taken once again in 2025 where education is concerned.

We’re committed to ensuring our team can become the best versions of themselves, while at the same time empowering all manner of brokers and intermediaries to provide the best possible support to their clients.

“We’ll continue to double down on education in 2026 and beyond.”
