Market Financial Solutions added to network panel

Market Financial Solutions has joined the panel of lenders of Try Mortgage Network.

Try’s network of mortgage and protection advisers now have access to Market Financial Solutions complete range residential buy-to-let and bridging products.

The lender specialises in handling large and complex loans, providing up to £50 million with terms between three and 24 months. The lender recently secured an institutional funding line worth £1.5 billion to support the growth of its loan book.

Last year it added a new ‘Bridge Fusion’ product to its offering, which is a hybrid of a bridging loan and a longer-term buy-to-let mortgage. With an LTV of up to 75% and a maximum loan size of £20 million, Try Mortgage Network’s intermediaries are able to use this product on commercial, mixed-use and residential properties.

To help maximise their leverage and loan size, Market Financial Solutions’ clients can also use methods such as deferred interest, rolled-up interest and top-slicing, which are options on its buy-to-let mortgage range already.

“We prioritise flexibility and speed, ensuring we deliver value to brokers and borrowers alike. We are confident that Try’s intermediaries will find significant value in this collaboration, and I look forward to seeing our relationship grow in the months and years ahead.”

Martin Swann, managing director at Try Mortgage Network, added: “Market Financial Solutions brings a wealth of experience to the specialist finance market, so I’m sure that our members will benefit greatly from their market-leading range of bridging and buy-to-let products.

“As the market stabilises post-Budget, their focus on delivering tailored lending solutions aligns perfectly with Try’s forward-thinking approach to helping our advisers, and their clients, navigate the specialist mortgage market successfully.

“I’m excited to see our network members making use of their product range and lending expertise. Market Financial Solutions is a cracking addition to our lending panel.”
