Complete FS is hosting Magellan Homeloans at its head office on Wednesday (25 September).

Introducers from IN Partnership, Whitechurch and Intrinsic will be able to talk through enquiries and existing cases with Magellan’s director of sales, Clive Willson.

Magellan, which launched in August, lends to borrowers who have experienced a one-off life event, which has resulted in an adverse credit record. Complete FS was appointed to handle enquiries from three networks, which are on the Magellan Homeloans panel.

Tony Salentino, director of Complete FS, said: “This is an ideal opportunity for members of IN Partnership, Whitechurch and Intrinsic to talk directly to a senior member of the Magellan team about their offering and talk through specific cases.

“Magellan has chosen to directly engage with a segment of the market, which has been ignored for too long. We are already seeing a lot of activity and interest from introducers and we expect Clive will be kept very busy on the 25th.”

Clive Willson, director of sales at Magellan Homeloans, said: “We are delighted to be invited to talk directly to introducers, thanks to the invitation from Complete FS. At Magellan, we understand people hit difficult patches, which can lead to financial problems.

“If they can explain and document the reasons for their adverse credit history, and demonstrate a current stable financial situation and that the mortgage is affordable to them, then we believe they should be given the opportunity to obtain mortgage finance.”
