Mortgage27 (M27) has been chosen by Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) to power online mortgage sourcing within MAB’s in house point of sale and CRM system, MIDAS Pro.

M27 recently announced the imminent launch of MortgageSource, a purely web based mortgage sourcing platform in the market. MortgageSource will be available as either a standalone system, with access delivered online across multiple devices and browsers, or via webservice integration with existing CRM systems.

MortgageSource has been integrated into MAB’s MIDAS Pro system, and will provide online mortgage sourcing for MAB’s 600+ advisers. The MIDAS Pro system is due to be rolled out in the second quarter of the year.

James Tucker, managing director of Mortgage27, said: “Developing a purely web based platform enables us to easily integrate mortgage sourcing into the unique workflows and processes of our clients point of sale and CRM systems, such as MIDAS Pro.

“This level of integration drives a more dynamic and efficient advice process, offering significant benefits for Brokers, Networks and Lenders alike. We are delighted that MAB shared our vision of how technology providers and regulated firms should work together in the post MMR world.”

Peter Brodnicki, chief executive at MAB, added: “We decided to completely rebuild our in house point of sale and CRM system from scratch to ensure that we give our advisers the most advanced technology available, that will allow them to significantly enhance the customer experience, whether they use a desktop, tablet, or other mobile device, and all online.

“Technology is driving the massive change in how customers make their choices, and how our advisers deliver an outstanding service, and in Mortgage 27 we have chosen a partner very much focused on the future, and that can deliver the sort of solutions that our customers, advisers, and lenders are looking for.”
