LV= Broker added to UNA partner panel

LV= Broker has joined the partner panel of UNA.

UNA is owned by 13 of the UK’s largest regional insurance brokers.

The partnership will allow LV= Broker to create new products which will be offered to UNA’s alliance of brokers.

Established in 1997, UNA members place in excess of £350m of premium into the UK market, making it one of the key buying groups within the insurance industry.

Kevan Aubrey, head of commercial distribution at LV= Broker, said: “UNA is a premier alliance for commercial brokers in the UK so we’re very pleased to have joined the Partner panel.  We have ambitious goals to be the best insurer for regional independent brokers and this partnership is a significant step towards achieving that ambition.

“We look forward to being able to offer even more innovate products to our broker partners. We are very excited about the future together.”

Tim Ryan, UNA Executive chairman, added: “This is vital to us. Mutual benefit for our partners and broker members is a key aspect for UNA. What sets us apart is how we can act as a real alternative to networks and consolidators.

“The appointment of LV= Broker is the perfect fit for us and they will sit very well around our table as we move forward and work on some exciting and innovative new products specifically available to our members to take to market.”
