Published on

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks has announced their lowest ever remortgage rates.

Deals include a two year fixed rate of 1.79% and a five year fixed rate of 2.69%, up to 80% LTV.

There are also no legal, arrangement or funds transfer fees. Those who normally pay for a standard valuation would get this free of charge.

Steve Fletcher, director of retail banking, said: “This is a great time to get new, lower remortgage fees wrapped up in time for Christmas and it puts customers in the best position to start the New Year.

“We’re also always there to help customers throughout the home buying or remortgaging process and are very proud to offer a personalised service in branch or on the phone, as well as offering advice from a named mortgage adviser.”
