LMS expands commercial team with three senior appointments

Published on

LMS has strengthened its commercial leadership team with three strategic appointments as the company looks to deepen relationships across the property transaction sector and drive adoption of its National Property Transaction Network (NPTN), launched last year.

Mat Hahn has joined the business as head of estate agents, while two internal promotions see Emily Haskey become head of customer success and Richard Norman appointed head of partnerships.

Hahn brings over two decades of experience in the residential estate agency sector to his new role, where he will be responsible for engaging agents with LMS’s conveyancing and digital sale-ready solutions. His remit includes promoting seamless integrations with NPTN to enhance customer journeys and streamline existing estate agency processes.

Haskey’s promotion comes after two years at LMS during which she played a key role in the pilot that gave rise to the NPTN. As head of customer success, she will focus on maintaining high standards in service delivery and strengthening relationships with clients.

Norman, who has spent nearly 20 years in conveyancing services, will lead the business’s partner engagement strategy. In addition to overseeing LMS’s growing network of trusted partners, he will head the intermediary and product sales team, supporting product adoption across key platforms including Select, Panel Builder, Confirmly and Validate.

Travis Scholes, commercial director at LMS, said the appointments come at a pivotal time for the company as it seeks to connect stakeholders across the transaction process.

“We are excited to announce our new appointments at such a pivotal time for LMS and the industry as a whole,” he said. “Emily, Richard and Matt bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and industry insight that will be invaluable as we continue to grow our services. Their collective expertise supports our mission to engage with and connect all stakeholders in home buying and selling, creating a better experience for all and, ultimately, making conveyancing easy.

“At LMS, we are committed to our people and extremely proud of their dedication and successes so far. I have no doubt that our new appointments will complement and support the wider LMS team, and I’m excited to see what we can achieve as a result.”
