Lancashire Mortgage Corporation has completed seven funding transactions in a week, worth £3m, for broker partner Finance 4 Business.

The short term finance deals have helped a variety of businesses across the UK secure vital funding to aid business growth. Loan amounts varied from £55,000 to £1.1 million and financed the purchase of a mixture of residential investment and commercial properties

LMC and Finance 4 Business have worked together to deliver more than £5m of bridging loans in the past couple of months alone.

Gary Bailey (pictured), sales director at Lancashire Mortgage Corporation, said: “We pride ourselves on the common sense approach we take to lending and this means we can provide flexible short term funding quickly. In fact, in the week leading up to Christmas, we completed six deals for Finance 4 Business clients.

“We understand completely the requirements of our commercial clients and broker network and that’s why we are able to deliver solutions which suit their individual needs.”

Finance 4 Business was named LMC’s ‘Broker of the Month’ following these deals, the third time in seven months the firm has received the award.

Russell Martin, director of Finance 4 Business, added: “I am delighted to accept the Broker of the Month Award; it really demonstrates the strength of relationships. I believe that lender relationships are absolutely key to delivering an excellent client experience and certainty of delivery.

“Our partnership with Lancashire Mortgage Corporation has blossomed greatly over the last year or so and continues to go from strength to strength.”
