L&G recognises business quality with new awards

Legal & General has held to its first Business Quality Awards.

It says the are the first awards event puts business quality performance at the forefront of business practice and recognises those firms and advisers who have demonstrated a proven commitment to the retention of protection business.

The winners are those who have demonstrated the highest level of performance against a set of key criteria.

The overall winner in each category are:
&middot Best Business Practice – Mortgage Advice Bureau Ltd
&middot Best Special Recognition – Personal Touch Financial Services
&middot Most Improved Performance – Thameside Associates
&middot Best Reinstatement Performance- Top Quote Ltd

John Pollock, group board director, Legal & General’s Risk Business, said: “I am proud to host the first awards event that recognises and rewards retention and sales quality best practice. Business quality and retention is critical for the protection industry as a whole and vital for advisers to control their business.
