Legal & General Mortgage Club has launched a new two-year tracker product for remortgagers, funded by NatWest Intermediary Solutions.

The tracker is priced at 2.69% (bank base rate plus 2.19%) with a £999 arrangement fee. The maximum LTV is 70% and maximum loan size is £1.5 million.

Martyn Smith, head of mortgage products at Legal & General, said: “This is a very competitively priced remortgage option. The housing market is now hotting up with house prices recovering very strongly in some areas and more competition in the mortgage industry.””
