Legal & General Mortgage Club has launched an exclusive four year fixed rate product with the Leeds Building Society.

The fixed rate mortgage is available on loans up to 85% LTV, up to and including 31 January 2017 at 4.29%.

It comes with a booking fee of £199 and a completion fee of £300.

It allows 10% capital repayments each year with tapered early repayment charges of 4/4/3/2% of the amount redeemed.

“Leeds Building Society has produced a market leading product that compares favourably to the best two-year fixed rates currently available aat 85% LTV whilst also managing to keep fees low,” said Martyn Smith, head of mortgage products, Legal & General Mortgage Club.

“This exclusive came about directly in response to feed back from our brokers so it is pleasing that we have been able to deliver this to them in conjunction with the excellent team at The Leeds.”

Phil Coombes, Head of Intermediary Sales at The Leeds Building Society, added: “Once again I am pleased to see that we have been able to listen to the needs of Legal & General, and are able to provide another competitive product that complements the portfolio of products we have.

“I am sure Legal & General members will find the product suitable for their clients, offering stable payments for four years whilst allowing capital repayments annually.”
