Legal & General Mortgage Club has announced the addition of Lingfield to its Autumn Specialist Lending events calendar.

The half day events will take place across the UK, starting in Sheffield on Wednesday 13 September, and provide intermediaries with specific insights into areas including portfolio buy-to-let, later life lending and the specialist lending markets.

The full calendar of Autumn Specialist Lending events are as follows:

  • Sheffield United Football Club – Wednesday 13 September
  • Birmingham Aston Villa Football Club – Tuesday 19 September
  • Ramside Hall, Durham, Wednesday 27 September
  • Cedar Court, Harrogate – Tuesday 3 October
  • Sandy Park Stadium, Exeter – Thursday, 19 October
  • The Village Hotel, Glasgow – Wednesday 25 October
  • Holiday Inn Norwich North – Thursday 26 October
  • Lingfield Park Racecourse, Surrey – Wednesday, 15 November

Jeremy Duncombe (pictured), director of Legal & General Mortgage Club, said: “We have been delighted by the response to our Autumn Specialist Lending events so far, which is why we have now announced an additional venue at Lingfield in Surrey. Specialist lending, from later life to portfolio buy-to-let, is a sector that is only growing in importance for brokers, and these events are a great opportunity for advisers to come together and discuss the future of this market with their peers.

“We are pleased to have an exciting list of panel speakers this year and we are confident that this will provide brokers with the important insights they are seeking on the future of this growing market.”
