Legal & General Mortgage Club has revealed the keynote speakers and panellists for the sixth series of Mortgage Club LIVE events across the country this spring.

Jeremy Duncombe, the club’s director, will be hosting this year’s spring roadshows.

A full list of the keynote speakers are as follows:

Leeds John Eastgate, One Savings Bank
Surrey Richard Wilson, One Savings Bank
Milton Keynes Brad Fordham, Santander
Birmingham Robert Sinclair, AMI
Reading Lesley Sewell, Vida Homeloans

The roadshows aim to bring together mortgage advisers, lenders and other industry figures from all over the country to share knowledge and discuss the latest challenges and opportunities in the market.

This year will include a set of panels on the buy-to-let market, technology vs humans and the evolution of the regional building society. Participants include Gary Salter, head of corporate accounts, Nationwide Building Society; James Tucker, managing director, Twenty7Tec Group and Charles Morley, head of distribution, Metro Bank.

The event will also feature presentations by Legal & General on the new build and first-time buyer markets from Craig Hall, new build manager, and protection by Richard Kateley, head of intermediary development.

Duncombe said: “I am delighted to officially announce our speakers and panelists for this year’s Legal & General Mortgage Club Spring Roadshows. Events like these provide a platform for the industry to come together and we are pleased to be joined this year by a first-class line-up of keynote speakers and panel members.

“Whether it’s changes in the buy-to-let market, robo-advice or what the government’s Housing White Paper means for new build, this year’s spring roadshow will provide a great opportunity for the industry to debate the challenges we all face in the market.”
