Letting agent gains Edexcel status

A private lettings agent has become the first property company in the UK to achieve Edexcel Registered Centre status.

The certification means that Northwood UK will be able to deliver and award BTEC qualifications in Customer Service and Workskills at Levels 2 and 3 to its lettings agents as part of the company’s ongoing training and development programme.

Northwood UK, the largest provider of guaranteed rent to landlords nationally, has joined the ranks of The Premier League, nPower, FlyBe and First Group by being awarded the status.
