LendInvest launches online investor campaign

Published on

Online mortgage lender LendInvest has unveiled its ‘Real Stories’ campaign, which highlights the different reasons people invest in property through the lender’s online investment platform.

LendInvest’s online investor platform currently accounts for around 37% of its capital. The remaining funds come from LendInvest’s two regulated investment funds and several bank funding lines from institutions such as Macquarie Bank.

Christian Faes, CEO of LendInvest, said: “We are often asked about what sorts of people choose to invest in property online and why. This series of interviews gives an insight into the different types of retail investor we attract, and their motivations.

“The appeal of investing in property, whether you are a large institution or an individual looking to cover your children’s school fees, is clear. The historic returns have been excellent, and the future prospects are good. The fact is that demand for property significantly outweighs supply, and there is little sign of that being addressed in a meaningful way in the foreseeable future. That will support further price growth and reliable returns for investors of all shapes and sizes.”

The campaign features five video interviews with different investors, detailing why they have chosen to invest via LendInvest.
