LendInvest completes three-day bridge with First 4 Bridging

Published on

LendInvest has completed a bridging loan within three days on behalf of master broker First 4 Bridging.

The £1.6 million deal was the first between LendInvest and First 4 Bridging. LendInvest stepped in after another lender had pulled out and delivered the required funding for two new-build properties and an adjoining piece of land in Redhill, Surrey in just three days.

Magnus Duke Dadzie, senior business development manager at LendInvest, said: “This case just shows what can be achieved when experienced, professional firms come together and work in partnership.

“At LendInvest we pride ourselves on being able to produce funding quickly, but to do it within just a matter of days is reliant on great communication throughout, by all parties, including our legal partners Brightstone Law.”

Jonathan Caplan, director of First 4 Bridging, added: “We had not worked with LendInvest before, but knew that they had an excellent reputation for offering a speedy, efficient service.

“LendInvest told us that they could deliver the funding quickly after another lender had let us down, and were as good as their word. We won’t hesitate to work with them again in the future.”
