Leeds launches 95% LTV two-year discount deal

Leeds Building Society has launched a two-year discount mortgage at 5.25%, available up to 95% loan to value (LTV).

The mutual is also offering a deal at 4.35% available up to 90% LTV. It already has a two-year discount rate at 2.45% up to 75% LTV.

All of the two-year discount mortgage tiers allow 10% capital repayments each year and have no higher lending charge.

The Yorkshire has also launched new tiers on the fees assisted versions of these products, and now has deals available up to 90% LTV. A fee assisted two-year discount mortgage is on offer at 3.80% up to 85% LTV and at 4.95% up to 90% LTV. These offers also contain a free valuation up to £335 and free in-house legal services for standard remortgages.

There is also a new two-year variable rate mortgage, at a current rate of 5.89%, available up to 95% LTV, which provides the same flexibility.
