L&C Mortgages partners with OMS to drive CRM transformation

Published on

London and Country Mortgages has adopted a new customer relationship management solution from One Mortgage System (OMS).

The integration of OMS’s CRM platform will form part of L&C’s core operations, streamlining internal workflows and improving data management across the business. The bespoke system has been tailored to enhance customer engagement while supporting advisers with more efficient processing tools.

Incorporating the OMS platform is intended to strengthen L&C’s ability to deliver personalised mortgage advice.

Mark Harrington, chief executive officer at L&C Mortgages, said the decision followed a detailed selection process to identify the most suitable platform for the next phase of the company’s growth.

“We’ve been impressed throughout the process at the forward-thinking solutions that OMS has to offer,” he said. “The team’s desire to understand L&C’s requirements, whilst demonstrating flexibility and partnership, will enable us to further evolve and adapt our proposition.”

He added that the new system would help support staff with more efficient processes and open new opportunities to improve the client experience.

Dale Jannels

Dale Jannels, chief executive officer of One Mortgage System, added: “L&C Mortgages is one of the UK’s most recognisable and well-respected mortgage brokerages, and we are delighted to support their operations with our bespoke CRM solution. This collaboration demonstrates the flexibility and scalability of the OMS platform in meeting the unique needs of different firms.”

He added that the goal was to simplify processes and improve the customer journey, with both companies working together to accelerate the mortgage process for consumers.
