Landmark appointee to lead business development and industry partnerships

Landmark has created a senior role to support its strategic programmes and strengthen relationships across the property sector.

Landmark has appointed Nick Dyoss as its new group business development and relationships director, a role created to support the firm’s major strategic initiatives and reinforce its position within the property industry.

Dyoss (pictured) will act as a business owner and ambassador for key projects, including LandmarkConnect and Project 28.

The company said the role is designed to help deepen customer relationships and support the next phase of its growth strategy.

He joins with almost three decades of experience in market-facing and client-focused roles. Landmark said his industry knowledge and long-standing involvement in innovation would be central to expanding its reach and enhancing engagement with partners.

STRATEGIC FOCUS

Simon Brown, chief executive of Landmark, commented: “Nick’s strategic thinking, innovation and customer focus will be invaluable as we continue to advance our customer offerings and drive growth.”

Dyoss said: “The property industry is evolving, and I look forward to working closely with our partners to deliver solutions that make a real difference.”
