Landlord unveils Android app

Published on

Online portfolio management platform Lendlord has launched an Android app to provide users with the full functionality of the online platform from their smartphone.

The Lendlord app enables landlords to manage, track and optimise their portfolio’s performance.

Lendlord provides landlords with a safe and secure place in the cloud in which they can place all of the information they need to manage their investment.

The app features all of the functionality of the desktop version of the platform, helping landlords to manage their tenants and tenancies, track their monthly income and expenses, understand their financing options and to evaluate and analyse potential new property acquisitions.

Aviram Shahar (pictured), CEO at Lendlord, said: “We are very excited to launch our new app, which puts the full functionality of the Lendlord platform at the fingertips of landlords. It’s the first time we have combined the power of being able to review key metrics, analyse new opportunities and manage tenancies with the convenience of a mobile app.

“All new enhancements to the platform will be automatically added to the app and so I would recommend all landlords to download it now. The iOS version will be released as well in the next few weeks.”
