The Land Registry completed over 1,312,800 applications from its customers in April.

This includes 1,271,278 applications by account customers, of which 330,359 were applications in respect of registered land (dealings).

573,200 were applications to obtain an official copy of a register or title plan, 171,748 were searches and 62,402 were transactions for value.

The South East tops the table of regional applications with 306,668, while Birmingham tops the table of local authority applications with 19,747.
