Only Bridging has added Lancashire Mortgage Corporation to its packaged panel.
Lancashire Mortgage Corporation provides commercial bridging finance secured as both a first or second charge across a wide variety of commercial property types including buy-to-let portfolios, industrial sites, retail units, farms, leisure facilities and land.

Simon Juniper, director of Only Bridging said: “This important decision for Lancashire Mortgage Corporation to be a preferred lender on the Only Bridging panel will allow our introducers to take advantage of the valuable experience and benefits we offer for their client’s short term funding requirements
