UK commercial property and real estate consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has become the latest surveying practice to join the valuation panel management service, VAS Panel.

LSH specialises in multidiscipline valuations, operating primarily on properties in excess of £500,000 up to multimillion pound developments. The company employs over 1,400 specialists across 31 sites.

Rebecca Runcorn (pictured), commercial director at LSH, said: “We are delighted to be part of the VAS panel. Our dedicated national team of 135 RICS registered valuers will work closely with VAS to provide expert advise across all property sectors.”

Gina May, co-founder and director of operations of VAS Group, added: “To have LSH available on VAS Panel is of a massive benefit to our lenders, especially those with larger instructions which need the full multidiscipline expertise to ensure the most accurate reports.

“In addition it is recognition that VAS Panel is increasing its market share and will drive work into their business, and testament that our service and professionalism is being recognised by some of the biggest finance-industry businesses in the UK.”
