“Russell will use his experience to lead the group distribution strategy to ensure we are maximising growth opportunities and managing the challenges in this rapidly growing market.

“I am sure Russell will continue to be a great asset to the team and I look forward to working with him in this new role.”

Russell Warwick, distribution strategy director at KR Group, said: “It is an exciting time to be a part of KR Group. Having spent many years in financial services, predominately the pensions sector, I am looking forward to helping the business grow.
