Knowledge Bank becomes Brilliant Solutions’ exclusive criteria search partner

Published on

Brilliant Solutions has adopted Knowledge Bank as its exclusive criteria search provider.

Brilliant Solutions’ members will now be able to search almost 100,000 different criteria, from more than 200 lenders, across:

  • Residential mortgages
  • Buy-to-let
  • Second charge
  • Equity release
  • Bridging
  • Commercial
  • Self-build

All search results are automatically time and date stamped with the broker’s name, aiding compliance. The results can then be saved as ‘evidence of research’ alongside product sourcing results, supporting an intermediaries’ recommendation to their client.

Matthew Arena, managing director of Brilliant Group, said: “The partnership between Brilliant Solutions and Knowledge Bank is the next step in providing our loyal brokers access to the all the tools they need to find solutions for their clients.

“Knowledge Bank is a fantastic award-winning search system, which will help them in their quest to quickly find the best lender for their customers.

“This will not only help them handle transactions more quickly but should help them convert more enquiries to sales.”

Nicola Firth, CEO of Knowledge Bank, added: “Our partnership with Brilliant Solutions gives their brokers access to a vital time saving tool, as searches take seconds, but also helps them to find and recommend mortgage products that actually fit their clients’ needs.

“Lender criteria is changing on a daily basis and keeping up with these changes has always been difficult.  There are now over 200 lenders inputting criteria onto Knowledge Bank, up from 43 when we launched in 2017.

“So, we know that the Brilliant Solutions brokers will quickly see the benefit of having a criteria search system that keeps pace with updates in criteria.”
